Douglas Winger, M.D.
Dr. Winger has been with the practice since 1986. He received his undergraduate degree at Yale University and his medical degree at Tufts University, School of Medicine. He completed his internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brigham and Women's Hospital where he served as Chief Resident in 1982. Dr. Winger then served four years in the United States Air Force until 1986 when he joined our practice. Currently, Dr. Winger is President and co-owner of Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates. He is a Fellow of the American College of OBGYN as well as a member of the American Medical Society, the Florida Medical Society, and the American Fertility Society. Dr. Winger, a native of Massachusetts, has lived in our community for 21 years. He is married and has four beautiful children.

Dr. Reinoso has been in private practice since 1999. He received his Undergraduate Degree from Hofstra University in New York and his Medical Degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his OB/GYN Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr Reinoso joined Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in 2001 and is now a co-owner of the practice. Dr. Reinoso is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a member of the American Medical Society, and the Florida Medical Society. He is devoted father who enjoys spending time with his wife and two lovely daughters. Although his primary language is English, Dr. Reinoso is fluent in Spanish.

Lorene Duncan has been with our practice since 1992. She attended University of California for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and continued on to Baylor College of Medicine for her Physician Assistant degree. She is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is a loving wife and mom of two beautiful children. In her spare time she likes to run, bike ride, scuba dive and spend time with her family.

Deanna Hobby has been with our practice since 1998. She attended Florida Southern College for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and continued on to Emory University for a Gyn-Ob Nurse Practitioner Certificate. She has experience in breastfeeding counseling and Childbirth Education. She is a member of Central Florida Nurse Practitioner's Association, Florida Nurses Association and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In her spare time she loves to travel, listen to music, practice meditation and spend time with her husband and children.

Mary Dawn Schwartz has been a nurse practitioner with our practice for over 10 years. She provides a wide array of obstetrical and gynecologic services at our Hunter's Creek location. Her career focus has been in the area of women's health. After working in the obstetrical hospital setting, labor and delivery for 20 years, Mary Dawn attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia to advance her nursing skills to the practitioner level. Mary Dawn enjoys assisting women of all ages with their health concerns.

Meredith received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University and then spent ten years working as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery. She later earned her Master's in Nursing at the University of South Alabama and then became a Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys taking care of women of all ages and assisting them with their health concerns. She teaches Childbirth Education classes and loves helping new couples prepare for their upcoming birth experience. She is a member of the National League for Nursing, the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, as well as Nurse Practitioners in Women's Heath. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and scrapbooking.

Joseph Blazina is our Lead Sonographer and has been with the practice since 1990. Joseph received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and was accredited by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in 1983. Due to Mr. Blazina's excellent skills and diligent attention to superior medical diagnostics, Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates is fully accredited by the American Institute of Ultra Sonography in Medicine.
