Meet Adriana Correa Raimundi, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Adriana is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for women’s health and a genuine commitment to supporting women through every stage and transition of life. She brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and strives to create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable.

Adriana earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of West Florida and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her clinical background includes specialized experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, giving her a well-rounded understanding of women’s unique healthcare needs throughout their lives.

Adriana believes that exceptional healthcare begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s individual concerns, answer questions, and provide thoughtful guidance so that patients feel confident and informed about their healthcare decisions. Her warm personality and dedication to building meaningful relationships allow her to provide care that is both knowledgeable and compassionate.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Adriana is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is proud to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds and values the opportunity to make every patient feel welcomed and understood.

Outside of the clinic, Adriana enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her appreciation for family, culture, and new experiences carries into her approach to patient care, where she strives to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of the women she serves.
